2nd - 8th Grades: Hitting a baseball…one of the most complex and dynamic movements in all of sport. The complexity of hitting can be narrowed down to a couple commonalities mentally and physically with the assistance of experienced coaches. Our staff understands that the common thread for major league hitters is their intent to repeat their best swing with maximum controllable bat-speed. Our UNC baseball staff also knows how to foster those principles into players who desire to elevate their game. Our training methods will help make bat-speed intuitive and assist in gaining “feel” of their movements. At Jr. Bear Winter Hitting Camp you can expect an interactive and energetic environment where we will put a premium on building athleticism, vision, intent, and timing.

9th - 12th Grades: Hitting a baseball is one of the most complex and dynamic movements in all of sports. Unleashing your full potential and best bat speed on to it, is not something that most players do. Attending Coach Rasmussen’s Winter Hitting Camps will only help you do this on a consistent basis.

The Bears last year ranked in the top 20 in runs per game, and in the top 50 in almost every other offensive category. Coach Rasmussen has brought an understanding to each individuals game and he intends to do the same with every player at camp! He intends to foster the principle of being able to consistently put out your best bat-speed swing into players who desire to elevate their game.

Our training methods will help make bat-speed intuitive and assist in gaining “feel” of their movements. At Future Bear Winter Hitting Camp you can expect an interactive and energetic environment where we will put a premium on building athleticism, vision, intent, and timing.
